In Dubai today, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Minister of Finance and President of the Dubai Health Authority, inaugurated the 18th edition of the UAE International Dental Conference & Arab Dental Exhibition – AEEDC Dubai 2014. The event is held for three days at the Dubai International Convention & Exhibition Centre (DICEC), from the 4th to 6th of February 2014. It is organized by the Dubai Health Authority, in collaboration with INDEX Conferences and Exhibitions, member of INDEX Holding Group. Over 1400 companies and organizations are participating in the event, along with a number of regional and international officials, heads of delegations, and representatives from 130 countries. His Highness Sheikh Hamdan toured the exhibition booths, and was briefed about the latest medical devices, technologies, and equipment displayed by the leading specialized companies worldwide. He listened to the exhibitors’ presentations regarding the latest technologies and accomplishments in the field of dentistry.
