Hamdan bin Rashid receives Mustafa Osman

Dubai Deputy Ruler and Minister of Finance, H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum received at his Zabeel Palace today the advisor of the Sudanese President for political affairs, Dr. Mustafa Osman Ismaeel.
