His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler and Minister of Finance, received today Spanish Minister of Tourism H.H Padro Alberto Cruise, and the accompanying delegation, in his Zabeel Palace, Dubai.
