H.H. Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammad bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, attended yesterday graduation ceremony of new batch from the University of Wollongong (UOWD) in Dubai at Jumeirah Beach Hotel.
