H.H. Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Deputy Ruler and Deputy Chairman of the Executive Council presided today over a meeting of the Executive Council at the Emirates Towers and discussed a number of issues on the meeting's agenda.
