Maktoum Bin Mohammed left for France

H.H. Sheikh Maktoum Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum left for France today, to attend the Graduation Ceremony of H.H. The Prince of Qatar's son, Sheikh Jawa'an Bin Hamad Al Thani from the University of Saint-Syr.
