Deputy Ruler of Dubai HH Sheikh Maktoum Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum offered condolences today to Secretary General of Dubai Executive Council Abdullah Al Shaibani on the death of his nephew Hamad Mohammed Ahmed Al Mulla. HH Sheikh Maktoum visited the family’s house in Al Mezher.
