UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum attended the opening session of the World Economic Forum’s fourth Summit on the Global Agenda, at Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi this morning.
