Mohammed bin Rashid Attends the Closing Ceremony of Dubai Film Festival

His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President, Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai witnessed part of the closing ceremony of 5th Dubai Film Festival where he met a number of Arab and foreign actors participating in the festival.
