UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum attend today the UAE Government Excellence Awards ceremony which is part of "Sheikh Khalifa Government Excellence Awards" at Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi.
