Mohammed bin Rashid honours Dahi Khalfan, Abdul Ghaffar Hussein

UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum honored Lt. General Dahi Khalfan Tamim, General Commander of Dubai Police, and Abdul Ghaffar Hussein, President of the UAE Human Rights Association, during a ceremony at Dubai Ruler's Court today. Sheikh Mohammed presented Tamim and Hussein with commemorative sashes to mark the occasion.
