Mohammed bin Rashid inaugurates YAL's 5th annual forum

UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum inaugurated today the 5th Annual Forum of the Young Arab Leaders (YAL). The ceremony was also attended by Crown Prince of Dubai HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
