Mohammed bin Rashid launched Noor Dubai TV

H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai launched Noor Dubai TV, a new Dubai based television channel, which will commence broadcasting to the UAE and Arab world via Arbsat, Nilesat and E-vision. The channel is a subsidiary of Arab Media Group.
