H.H Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Prime Minister and Vice President of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Ruler of Dubai left Sirt, Libya this afternoon after participating in the opening session of the second Arab-African Summit.
