UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum inaugurated the 10th edition of the International Defence Exhibition (IDEX) today, in the presence of Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The exhibition is being held under the patronage of UAE President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center (ADNEC) from February 20-24. A large gathering of sheikhs, ministers and senior civilian and military officials attended the spectacular opening ceremony, in addition to 66 defence ministers, 64 chiefs of staff, top commanders, dignitaries, diplomats and defence industry leaders from around the world.
