His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, returned back to the UAE with the accompanying delegation today evening after heading the UAE delegation to the 12th Consultative Summit of the leaders of Arab States of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) which concluded its works under the presidency of King Abdulla Bin Abdulaziz, Custodian of the Two Holy Shrines in Riyadh.   H.H. met on the sidelines of the GCC consultative summit with H.M King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain and H.H Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General of KSA.
