Mohammed bin Rashid ratifies MoE's plan 2015-2021

H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, ratified the Ministry of Education's plan 2015-2012 based on innovation as main core of education over the coming years in his executive office in Emirates Towers.
