Ruler of Dubai witnesses the signing of an agreement between Abu Dhabi University and Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives

In the presence of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, a cooperation agreement was signed between Abu Dhabi University and Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives, under which ADU will become a strategic partner for the Arab Reading Challenge Initiative.

Under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler's Representative in the Al Dhafra Region and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Abu Dhabi University, the agreement includes the granting of full scholarships to the first Arab Reading Challenge at the level of their respective countries. Coming from the Arab Reading Challenge Initiative, it is the largest scholarship program in the Arab world.

The agreement was signed by Mohammed Abdullah Al Gergawi, Minister of Cabinet Affairs and Future Secretary General of Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives and Dr. Ali Saeed Bin Harmal Al Dhaheri, Chairman of Abu Dhabi University.
